my api calls are constantly returning "Bad Request". My api call is comin in from Postman as: "https://api.rainbird.ai/start/9038" with the following data in the request header: Authorization: Basic followed by the Base 64 encoding of my username and password which is my api key and a space bar respectively. It is not working as shown in the API documentation. Can you please tell me what is wrong with the request?
